According Inside the Games, around 106 countries have signed broadcast contracts with the host broadcaster. I don’t think it’s going to be available on YouTube again. I know the Olympic Channel is going to broadcast the games, but I don’t know where it will be available or how much they’ll show.

Somehow I believe that Eurosport will broadcast something, it is its natural channel

If I remember well, in 2014 the European Games was boardcasted by Sky Italia
