John Lennon and the United Kingdom currently have a commanding lead of 30 points ahead of Italy with 3rd placed Sweden a further 4 points adrift. I have added the format for deciding ties for position within the group stage to the rules. It will mostly follow the same tie-break criteria as those used in FIFA WC. I still have to add the "best 3rd place" rules to that post but we have already established what the rule is on thread at least.

Thank you Greece! Jubilation among the Serbian delegation and their fans as they receive their first maximum 12-point score of the contest. And as we complete the second session of voting, the United Kingdom has built a commanding 30-point lead over their rivals. However there are still 11 national juries left to vote in the final session including the United Kingdom so things remain open. However, things are looking good at the moment for John Lennon in his quest for victory. Italy remain in second position with 139 points, closely followed by Sweden on 135 points. Rounding off the top 5 we have Guyana in 4th position with 114 points, ahead of Mexico on 109 points. Importantly it also pushes the United Kingdom out to a 27-point advantage over their nearest rivals, Italy.
