I am still not sure about what format to use for revealing the results. I will post an example here on thread using what was suggested today. Let me know what you think? If you don't like it I will revert to a more simple way of revealing the results. By the way, I would appreciate if everyone could have a think about anything they wish to share for Japan Day. There will be no Opening Ceremony as is usually the case with other contests. This is just a sort of Japanese appreciation day for us to mark what would have been the day of the Opening Ceremony of the Olympics had they gone ahead. I don't have anything prepared for that so it really is a community based day for anyone to post anything they like, find cool, find interesting about Japan, Japanese people, culture, sport, music, whatever. For me it will be a day where I can try to catch up on some organisation of the contest so definitely would love if you all get involved in contributing to the tribute

I guess a diagram like that can be posted at the start of the template to show the vantage points for each judge, as if the artists are being viewed in an enclosed arena and scored on their performances And then continuing with the scorecard format.

I like that idea a lot, we can incorporate that into the current template.... so for example, I changed the Judge names below to reflect the letters in the dressage format. I know it doesn't have the same rectangle format as in the other design but a scorecard like the one below would be easier for me to modify as needed throughout the compeition. What you think? I would dearly love to know what happened to the 8th judge in that match also. Maybe he never made it to the voting booth

And I will also add on the first post the results of the matches from the current day's action. But as the event hasn't started yet, that hasn't appeared yet.

I have a link to the groups in the first post. I have already asked @Sindo about moving them to the second post so that would be useful too. You can easily check the results from there, don't understand why there is any issue.

And many sports fans also like to watch the event unfold especially if there is an option to watch it and they have time to do so. And if not they can look at the results as you said

And for the last round of matches where the group matches will be played at the same time, the judges’ votes will be posted on thread one at a time to create a little bit of suspense at least.

And just to update on the voting situation: 27 / 29 participants have now voted. So I'm just waiting on the votes from 2 members and everyone has at least read their PM list of matches now. If needs be I will call upon a couple of back-up judges if replacements are needed but we are looking in good shape now
