Thank you to the Canadian jury! Well ladies and gentlemen, this is proving to be an incredible battle. The United Kingdom have yet to score points in this final session of voting and that's 6 juries in a row that did not award a single point to John Lennon's song. And with just 5 juries left to vote we have a tie for the lead between Sweden's Roxette and Italy's Andrea Bocelli, both with 174 points a-piece. The United Kingdom drop from 1st to 3rd with 169 points after the Canadian votes but despite going through a barren patch, they remain just 5 points from the lead. Eddy Grant and Guyana remain in 4th position on 150 points and 24 points behind the leaders, so it's still very much alive for the South American nation. You would have to think it is now between these 4 nations. Meanwhile, Vietnam has just exceeded 100 points, the 8th nation of the day to do so.
