So, now we have four guys qualified on 800m, I guess that Lewandowski  will be this one who is qualified and will not compete as he is already qualified too on 1500m and he focus on that distance.

Not sure what the rules are now - but it used to be that you could name runners specifically for the relays but could use anybody who had qualified for individual races without it counting for the relay quota
