on paper, yes...

now it remains to be seen what they do if the DQ comes months/years later because of a positive drug test...

in this case, I think they only upgrade the final ranking of the competition, without recalculating the sprints (so, the 4th at the finish line not necessarily ends up with a medal)...

but for sure if the DQ comes at the end of the race because of an infraction on the track, then the 4th at the line gets upgraded to 3rd in the final ranking...
