These are the only nations we have no confirmation about on thread so far, maybe @amen09 has received something in the meantime from some of the users:

 

1.  Czech Republic (ahjfcshfghb)
2.  Greece (Janakis)
3.  Netherlands (heywoodu)

 

heywoodu already said he will vote though, so I guess it is the other 2 that are the main concerns.
