Sounds like a track omnium. I like an all-round competition, the bigger problem is there are no medals for the individual events

I think that it's the frist time ever that I see Tanzania won an heat in swimming

Not anymore. Now omnium is only long distances.

I would not be so sure. Remember that on the World Championships there are sometimes elimination races with one swimmer. Maybe they won something there

I think that for the purpose of the Totallympics medal count, we should count the “medals” of the individual races
