According to danish television, Belgium has decided to send the single scull, meaning that the defending champions Mads Rasmussen and Rasmus Quist will be going to Rio

it's already been explained...it's 1 per gender in the Continental qualifications (singles and lightweight double sculls only) and "free for all" (cit. ) for the other boats... so, technically it'

Russia has been disqualified from the men's quadruple sculls for a doping offence at the qualifier and will be replaced by New Zealand

So, according to the past case, is very possible that NZ will reject the quota. Who is the next?

      Yea she did not meet the minimum points. Since the event doesn't have enough qualifiers, its possible the FIS still grants her a quota
