I don't like the 21-point cap, it gives an unfair advantage to the initial receiver. Just go until there's a two point lead...

I do not understand what 21-point cap does mean? It is like 15-15 must to be by two point lead, 20-20 can be but after it 21-20 and it is finished?

Correct. I believe there is currently a similar rule for first to 21 games, where they end automatically if anyone reaches 35 points.
