Swimming 3 x 200s plus 4x2 before the 100 final makes it more likely he'll fail. It's smart but he shouldn't have taken the spot to begin with. 

 

Edit: Guiliano should've given his 200 spot away as well.

Apparently she only received a warning, but contested it in an "aggressive and disrespectful" way (words taken from the official statement). Then she was asked to return to Brazil...
