It’s on streaming!

Starts about three minutes into the online stream.

This is the one in English, I think other languages might have a voice-over (Dutch Eurosport doesn't for English, German does, for example).

:BRA Jaque Mourao finished just behind  :POL Skinder and Kaleta which tells you more about the state of Polish cross country than anything else.

30th place for :ITA Federica Sanfilippo :coffee:

Which is odd, since Skinder (together with Marcisz, more than with Kaleta) definitely seemed very promising not that long ago. Still fairly young though, not even half of Mourão's age, so there's hope :p

Justyna Kowalczyk gave Skinder access to her coaching "know how" and training methods as assistant to Veretelny which resulted in her getting great results as a teenager. But when Veretelny was let go Kowalczyk left with him and moved to biathlon which resulted in Skinder's results plateau in the last couple of seasons. Instead of being a sprinting Top 20 regular she struggles to make the QF so it's like two steps back and I feel this talent will be wasted. While Sylwia Jaskowiec was ruined by injuries before, Skinder had better perspectives from a younger age but it's not looking good right now...

No high expectations today. Šimenc and Vili Črv are more like sprinters, possibly Miha Ličef could end up best as in Skiathlon, Jošt Mulej will compete first time.

50th place from Robert Kerštajn in 1995 is still best 10 / 15 km interval race result, so this should be main goal for our young squad.

For the medals no secrets, heia Norge all the way.

So, no surprise on top.

Meanwhile, Miha Šimenc surprised with 38th place, which is best ever Slovenian result in an interval start race.
