Rule #3

You can vote for your Top 5 favourite Flags by replying to this thread.

You can find a "voting template" at the end of this post, you can copy it and add your favourite flags into the table instead of the :WHT white flags. Votes in other formats will also be accepted.

You can vote only for IOC-recognized Nation flags, you can vote only once for each flag and you can not vote for your Nation's flag.

If you vote for an IOC-unrecognized Nation flag, for the same flag twice or for your Nation's flag, you will be contacted and asked to edit your post. Unaccepted flag(s) will be edited with a :WHT white flag and points for that ranked flag will be considered as invalid votes.

Each user's votes will count for the General Standing which will be updated after new votes are submitted.

Points for the General Standing will be allocated as follows:

#1 ranked Flag: 5 Points
#2 ranked Flag: 4 Points
#3 ranked Flag: 3 Points
#4 ranked Flag: 2 Points
#5 ranked Flag: 1 Point

The Invalid Votes will not change the points allocation of other flags.

    • The only ones complaining about the short track refs are Italians, imo. Not even on this forum, but in general, from what I've been seeing on live chats and other social media sites. That says a lot to be honest. I suspect it's partially due to them not performing to the high standard they're expected to perform at especially at the Olympics. The refs make a lot of mistakes for everyone, there's no bias against or towards anyone    Plus, Italy have won 6 medals already.... the most you've won at a Worlds since 2016.
    • For me they gave Canada the gold in the relay in exchange for a 1000-meter dsq gold for Dandjinou, that's how I see it. It was a battle between Kor and Can on 2 of this case. It's hard to say why that last dsq for Kor was in relay? Of course, Italy win bronze thanks for that, but that's not really important. It would have been better if the referees had just stayed out of the results and left it as it was decided for fight on the ice.

    • the quata for europe or australia is from the primer 12, where the top 20 teams will participate, sadly  is the 21th team so the only slight chance for us in my opinion is if: we get top 2 at the european championship (not including  hopefully if they get the quata), then somehow win the final qualification tournament against i assume  and one of    the chances for us are slim, i think about 4 other team sports  have a better chance in in my opinion(and the most team sports we ever had was one, and it was the last two time after a long time )

    • well, Cuba and Venezuela for sure...   Iran is a different question, but I hope in 2 years all this war shit is done and dusted and at least in the sports world everything is gonna be OK
    • In my opinion the Italian team has been playing above expectations since last year after several years of decline. Last year, we advanced to the first division at the European Championships and now they're playing very close matches against the strong India and Scotland. We a little miss a potential to do more – we are only 18th in the world rankings. Our men's team's performance in this sport is much weaker.
    • I wonder if all Cuba, Iran and Venezuela will be able to travel and compete in LA at all... Hopefully that yes.
