It’s hard to stay positive after what happened yesterday , was so heartbreaking  wathching both the volleyball

girls teams out. But things will hopefully look up

I appreciate your optimism. I wasn’t feeling particularly good about anything. I just feel like this team is so talented and just crumbling under pressure. We can’t celebrate our wins like a young talent finishing 5th in the hammer throw and the men’s team pursuit team smashing the national record.

Both Vincent and LVL won their heats in the women's C-1 200m. They didn't have the fastest times among heat winners, but I don't think we can read too much into that.

Damian Warner is heading to the Gold

Geneviève Lalonde finishes 11th in the women's 3000m steeplechase in a time of 9:22.40, a new national record. Very good performance.
