But it's basically Popovici dragging two +51s boys with close to WR times To be fair the anchor was pretty good.

heywoodu 13,570 Posted August 31, 2022 #13 Share Posted August 31, 2022 This makes me sad (100m freestyle heats). If you'd like to help our fellow Totallympics member Bruna Moura get to the 2026 Winter Olympics, after her car crash on the way to the 2022 Olympics, every tiny bit of help would be greatly appreciated! Full story and how to help can be found here!

It took me a while to figure out what nationality had the code NMA. I would have thought the Northern Mariana Islands would go by NMI. “Sport has the power to change the world. dullard 459 Posted September 1, 2022 #16 Share Posted September 1, 2022 Japanese were 8 seconds slower in the mixed medley than at junior Pan Pacs. I guess they've sent mostly a B team to junior Worlds.
Vektor 3,195 Posted September 2, 2022 #17 Share Posted September 2, 2022 I guess this will be our most successful junior worlds ever (and maybe we will win the medal table?) because no one bothered to show up. I mean, our current junior generation is... somewhat okay/good? But not amazing, that's for sure, so these gold medals will look weird in the history books. But who knows, maybe Pádár and Molnár will turn out to be truly great talents on the senior level in the next few years.
Werloc 3,127 Posted September 2, 2022 #18 Share Posted September 2, 2022 That is awesome that our swimming reached such a level that we can be competitive in relays with countries like Italy, Hungary, Japan. Our boys won the 2nd heat of 4x200 Freestyle, will have to wake up again to see if they'll hang on to a medal
hckošice 13,285 Posted September 3, 2022 #19 Share Posted September 3, 2022 One thing you never expect to read when you wake up the morning: just won a medal at the Swimming Junior World Championships I had to double-check the amount of competitor, but there were apparently more than 3, so ok, it is a medal. alrighty Lilian Slušná - Bronze in 50m Butterfly lol... Anyway, congrats Lily
rybak 2,717 Posted September 3, 2022 #20 Share Posted September 3, 2022 We apparently lead in the medal table, its shocker, even though that all big nations didnt compete here.
