Still more chance than Reichenbach or Schachmann or Konrad or Hermans I have promised myself to never again fall for "this course is too hard for Sagan to win the green jersey", "ASO tries to stop Sagan winning the green jersey", "Sagan is not in his best shape yet" and so on, because he always ends up winning anyway He'll win or DNF, nothing in between.
