That's exactly what I mean (that Dylan didn't release it before Manfred Mann) :). It's no problem to me, just thought that it should be noticed as it's a rather unusual case.. I would allow it, as there is more importance of the performers' nationality than that of the songwriter's. We'll see what we can do.
