Netherlands doing well in every sport? Well, we are pretty good in speedskating, but every sport? :lol:
For me it's the other way around ... it feels like Canada is good at all sports.

He's talking about the other foot being the "jumping foot." For example if it was your right foot that was 1cm over the line you technically jumped from your left foot in the previous step.

 

Obviously this isn't in the spirit of the competition. I imagine there is some rule that states your "jumping foot" is your closest step to the fault line.
