The requirements:
Gregorin, Erzen and Poje are well within the 150 after the last trimester and Gregorin and Erzen have already gotten under 125 as well this season so those three won't be a problem, like you said.
Mlakar had 198 points after the last trimester, Klemencic 220, so they'll have to fulfill either criterium A or B. They both didn't get close to 125 points in Beitostoelen at the IBU Cup, so the only option left is B, the JWCH last season:
Individual: Mlakar was 37th out of 66 (or 67 depending on whether or not a DNF counts) --> not in the top half
Sprint: Mlakar was 41st out of 65 (or 67) --> not in the top half
Pursuit: Mlakar was 43rd out of 58 --> not in the top half
Klemencic didn't compete, so as far as I can see, Slovenia only has 3 athletes who meet the WC requirements, meaning they wouldn't be allowed to start in the women's relay...

Hi, everybody!
Finally I took time to watch complete contest. Firstly would like to congratulate Ireland on another victory. Well done, Dan.
Next I would like to apologize for casting my votes in a hurry. I was commentating women's volleyball match (Dinamo Krasnodar-Vizura Beograd) on TV, that is why I tried to hurry with my voting procedure during break between first and second set.
Another wonderful contest is behind us, thank you so much, Werloc for excellent organization, thanks heywoodu and dcro for all stats, and of course, a big thank you to all who voted for our song:
12 - Who else could award Slovania with douze points than our very own Slavic friends.
8 - That was quite a surprise for me, thank you very much.
7 - Thank you, bestmen, your song was close to get points from me, but as you know, you already got points from Slovenia in previous occasions.

My expectactions were to be in top 20, but nevertheless, 29th place means we beat a couple of nations, and what is most important, we ended in very nice company.
I will publish special table very shortly with results, made in Eurovision style (with no 11 or 9 points, only top 10 nations get points).
So, once again, congratulations to host and to winner, and we will see you all in UK next year !

I am still surprised Slovenia does not compete in this sport.
First olympic medal took Rudolf Cvetko in 1912 (Fencing), I know you are familiar with our Swimming (Sara Isakovič) and Athletics (Primož Kozmus, Jolanda Čeplak, Brigita Bukovec,...) medals. Do not forget about our experiences in shooting (Rajmond Debevec), and we even have very good training facilities for Equestrian (Lipica, Celje,..).
So, it is really strange not competing in this event.
BTW, as many of you I am also extremely dissapointed on media production of this wonderful sport. As we would still be living way back in 20th Century.

For many of you who voted for Slovenian song (), your wait is over. My votes have been posted to Werloc, once again I would like to thank you all for patience.
I am proud to be competing for my country every year, this time it is first time I knew one third of song already before I voted, which is really strange.
Do not worry, I won't tell you how my votes were distributed, just a little hint, which does not reveal anything, my best song does not belong to group of songs already known to my ear in previous years. Music is always first in my opinion, so I chose song, which stuck in my ear the most.
So, once again, thank you all, have a lovely week, and since I voted last, let the show now begin.

I would like to ask my dear fellow members to give me time for voting, cause I had a lot of work lately. I have already listen to songs, I just need to arrange them.
So, if it is OK with most of you, I would cast my votes till tomorrow noon, so before official start of the contest. Thank you for understanding.

So there we have it. The final hooter has just sounded at the end of the men's basketball final, the 306th and final event of the games of the 31st Olympiad- an inevitable eight points to the USA. Tanzania sneaked some points in the men's marathon to make it 120 scoring countries, including the Independent Olympic Athletes. Barring resolution of a couple of drugs disqualifications and any new ones coming to light, here are the final results.

Yes, I am really happy, all our athletes truely deserved their medals:
- Tina Trstenjak was heavilly injured before Olympics
- Ana Velenšek also had some problems with injured knee
- Vasilij Žbogar took medal in one of toughest sailing classes at age of 40
- Peter Kauzer really mentally prepared well after missing medals on previou two occasions.
Congrats to your athletes, we already know canoe is your speciality, now even on flat water. I was really glad for Matej Toth, I know you watch race walk really closely.

And some people said how will Tina handle with pressure as she was first seeded and also debutant at Olympics. She calmly stated, she was sparing partner for Urška in London, so she had some kind of experience.
Way the go, Tina ! Looks like our Tinas are quite something.

A / A
And as it was already pointed out, not every winner has the will (or time) to host next event, so in that case candidacy is open to everyone.
