I have no idea what the tb is, but if its RD, that means DR has advanced. Nicaragua would need to win by 2 runs vs Brazil to advance (they hold the h2h tb vs Mexico as well). Edit: The tb is runs allowed among the three teams matches. This would mean with a Nicaragua win, they would advance, and they are leading Brazil 6-2 going to the 9th
