  2. 6th in women’s team normal hill for Pretty good result for us. Although I half expected us to finish around that number, considering I was pretty sure we would beat all (If not most) of France/China/United States/Poland.

  4. 2023 Scotties Update! Team Einarson for the win! 9-4 victory over Nova Scotia’s Team Black. Keeps their hopes alive for a fourth consecutive title. An excellent tournament for the Dartmouth foursome of Team Black. Despite the loss they have so much to be proud of. They defeated Team Lawes 7-6 during the tiebreakers, but not only that, they also defeated Team Homan 7-6 during their first playoff game (Coincidentally Black won both of those games with extra end steals). Team Black wasn’t even one of the favourites headed into the tournament, so it’s a pretty good result. Team Black PCT- 73% Shelley Barker- 89% Karlee Everist- 66% Jennifer Baxter- 68% Christina Black- 69% Team Einarson PCT- 88% Briane Harris- 93% Shannon Birchard- 78% Val Sweeting- 86% Kerri Einarson- 96% Einarson will await the loser of Northern Ontario (Team McCarville) v. Manitoba (Team Jones) in the semi-finals. Full Results Here
