  7. Good stuff, but this is a thread for sevens
  8. SB of 4.80m for Warner in the pole vault. Had attempts at equaling his PB of 4.90m, but not to be.
  9. Sorry what? Wish we could’ve done this earlier in the year though, when it actually mattered.
  10. 13.01 for Michelle Harrison in the women’s 100m hurdles at the Seiko Golden Grand Prix. 20.42 for Brendon Rodney in the men’s 200m as well.
  11. Really nice start to day 2 for Warner in Gotzis, producing a new SB in the 110m hurdles of 13.45 (0.01 faster than Tokyo 2020, although still 0.18 off his PB), and 46.41m in discus throw. Warner now leads by 183 points over Ehammer, pretty much insurmountable.

  13. Oilers lead 3-1 after the 2nd period. Could’ve been worse though, late in the 2nd period, the Oilers had a two-man advantage for a minute, and then a power-play for another minute, but the Canucks killed it off. Big period coming up for the Canucks.
  14. Canada defeat Thailand 3-1, adding a further 3.69 points towards their World Ranking. Wasn’t able to watch most of the game (only during the breaks in between NHL periods)
  15. Tara Davis-Woodhall with a HUGE WL of 7.17m in women’s long jump at the Atlanta Track Classic! Assuming she can stay healthy, she’s winning Olympic gold this year.

  17. Third men’s and women’s quotas go to Kha and Zeng.
  18. And a 13.07 WL for Grant Holloway in the 110m hurdles at the Atlantic City Games as well!
  19. Always a good day when Asal loses
