  1. Erik Belshaw qualifies for the 2nd round for the first time in his career.
  2. Shiffrin, Curtoni & Miradoli on the Super G podium in St. Moritz. Goggia in 5th.
  3. Minnesota Vikings came back from 33-0 down at half-time to beat Indianapolis Colts 39-36 in OT despite TWO fumble TD returns called back due to some horrendous referee calls. It's the largest comeback in NFL history (33 points) QB Matt Ryan now has the largest Super Bowl blown lead AND the regular season blown lead. He might as well retire
  4. Skiing times, Herrmann & Eder were the only ones within 2 mins from the Fischer users
  5. Either that's a penalty for Croatia or some epic dive...
  6. Janusz Jojko's own goal that resulted in Ruch Chorzów being relegated for the first time in their Ekstraklasa history (1987).
  7. Morocco hits back two minutes later! 1-1.
  8. First points of the season for Kamila Żuk in 33rd. Paulina Fialkova down from 7th to 54th. Stina Nilsson dead last 58th with 10/20
  9. Anna Gandler with another impressive run in 11th. Magnusson had one miss fewer than Aita Gasparin who started 45th and still finished ahead of her
  10. Elvira Oeberg 20/20 and even Simon's ski speed won't be enough.
  11. Simon & E. Oeberg 10/10 after two shoots.
  12. I assume there are different wax crews within the same team if different skis are used then?
  13. Some crazy waxing deals on the ice today, JTB was 2 mins slower than Finello? QFM barely made any time despite 20/20
  14. Laegreid clear on the last shoot and that's a victory for him.
  15. Yeah, Huetter got pushed off the podium by Stuhec and Suter had a poor run overall. Shiffrin came down 4th. Vlhova started the downhill but missed a gate. Pirovano caught an edge off the final landing and crashed but crossed the finish line with both skis on so was classified.
  16. Goggia and her broken hand take the lead by 0,52 in the full DH. Suter & Huetter still to come...
  17. Kamil Syprzak suffered a broken tibia in Champions League match on Wednesday and might not recover for the WCh.
  18. Btw, this was Femsteinevik in her mini Santa Claus cap today
  19. Goggia had a surgery on her hand already and she will decide tomorrow morning if she takes part in the 2nd downhill.
  20. Oh yeah, cross country is thriving. Even Sweden & Finland didn't bother entering more than 2 skiers
  21. Yeah, she might have get away with that excuse until Sidorowicz beat her on skis. That is very bad result. Żuk's PB is 6th place in Salt Lake City sprint in 2019 and 8th place in pursuit at the same event. She also had two other Top 10s in back-to-back sprints in Oberhof & Ruhpolding in 2020. 2019/20 was her best season when she finished 38th in overall standings. However in the last two seasons she had one Top 20 finish - 19th place in Oberhof sprint last year. Now without RUS & BLR she can't even get close to that. There was a time everyone still pointed how she won 2 golds & one silver at the Junior World in 2018 where Marketa Davidova was her main rival (she won 1 gold & 1 silver) but the gap between these two is simply gargantuan four years later. Funnily enough at those WJC the likes of Jeanmonnot or Sophie Schneider couldn't even crack Top 10 and they are finally breaking through in much deeper national teams while Żuk was handed a WC spot on a silver plate and can't do anything for over two years now (her second best WCup overall finish is 60th place).
  22. Żuk actually said on TV she thinks the waxing was off but there's no excuse for being slower on skis than Sidorowicz
  23. Natalia Sidorowicz 10/10 actually finishes ahead of Kamila Żuk 10/10 But still no World Cup points.
