[OFF TOPIC] Politics Thread

The Conservative leader has lost his seat. He will either run in a different riding in a by-election (requires someone to resign and it could take up to 8 months) or the party will remove him. Lots of drama still to come I feel.

They gotta remove him. This was a tap-in goal of an election and he fumbled it.

He's trying to frame it in a way that this was a success. In the end, he received a higher percentage of votes in the party's history (post merger) and the second highest seat count. He also brought in loyalist into parliament.

Of course, it's quite likely the Conservatives will win next time so thirst for power might prevail.

Oh I get why Poilievre wants to stay on. I just think if you're in that caucus you have all the incentives in the world to defenestrate him.

Entire Pakistani airspace has been closed for any commercial flights. Airlines in India have cancelled flights to J&K, Punjab, Ladakh, Rajasthan and Uttarakhand (North India)

they never should of allowed a united Pakistan to exist but of course no one gave a damn in those days.

India is not interested in breaking Pakistan but the way TTP and Balochs are going, wouldn't be surprised if this Frankenstein's monster ceases to exist in near future. Just hope that Saudi/USA has taken control of the nukes they sponsored.
