PiS did win elections but they cant rule alone as they doesnt have enough places in Sejm, so, probably opposition will rule first time since 8 years.

Of course it are just exit poll stats but PiS had 36,8%, KO had 31,6%, Third Way had 13,0%, New Left had 8,6%, Konfederacja had 6,2%, all those parties will have members in the Sejm.

 

Turnout was 72,9%. It's the biggest turnout ever in any elections here, it surpassed even first free elections in 1989 when it was 62,7%

If your exit polls are like ours then it would be better to wait for the official final results Our exit polls showed completely different winner than at the end was and all the early joy vanished during the rest of the night

Our exit polls are always more precise, but the difference is too small, so, everything can happen in night and tomorrow, official results will be announced in Tuesday morning. Meanwhile during elections we had also referendum with 4 questions, but it doesn't matter as just 40% of allowed to vote people did take cards with those questions and at least 50% was needed.
