:CAN Kayla Sanchez. She swam the opening leg for the silver medal winning Canadian women’s 4 x 100m freestyle relay team. She was born to Filipino parents working in Singapore who then emigrated to Canada.

Don't think there is anyone born outside Lithuania that representing :LTU in Tokyo, but there are some Lithuanians representing other countries:

Funny thing, she once competed for Poland, but she is now well recognized in Slovenia, where she competes for Ale BTC City Ljubljana pro team.

Seeing you're also considering ancestry, we have in hockey team one girl Julieta Jankunas, for sure some grandparent must be there.

From India? Are you sure? Because seems like he might have been a part of British colonial enterprise and lived in India at some point in his life, but never found that he was an Indian.

 

The name George Guy - also doesn't sound Indian.
