Found this on Reddit, so not sure how accurate it is, but knowing the IOC and the ever so few countries willing to host, it could very well be true..

 

"Norway was planning a bid to host for 2022 but withdrew after public outcry as the ludicrous list of IOC's demands became public knowledge.

 

7000 pages with demands and specifications that they tried keeping secret. Among those were these demands:

 

• Cocktail party with and paid for by the King or local delegation
• Local clubs at all major arenas with outdoor balcony, restaurant and lounge
• No non-affiliated brands (sponsors) are allowed to have their logo visible in any broadcast or the village
• Private IOC lanes on the highway
• Traffic lights adjusted to prioritize IOC members
• Private systems at all relevant airports
• All venues where IOC members are must have access to bars with free high quality liquor and food."
