They also predicted a total of 130 gold, 135 silver and 141 bronze medals.

The 2026 Winter Olympics only has 116 events :p

There’s gonna be a lot of ties.

From an Australian medal hopes prospective

womens moguls and dual moguls defending Olympic champion jakara  anthony genuine gold medal chance in both events. French girl Perrier la front will be Jakara’s biggest threat

mens moguls and dual moguls matt graham is an outside chance if he can lay it down the king michael kingsberry from Canada will be hard to beat as always

womens boardercross Josie banff medal hope

boardercross mixed team genuine medal hope potentially gold

women’s aerials Laura peel and Danniel scott medal chances china athletes strong

men’s 1/2 pipe Scotty James and Valentino vellessie chance at medals

mono bob women’s bre walker medal hope

hopefully 3 gold 2 silver and 1 bronze for Australia

for New Zealand  I really hope Alice Robinson gets a medal in women’s super g or giant slalom

Id be over the moon if Australia got 11 medals at Winter Olympics

This isn't a prediction, but the sum of all winter Olympic cup stages in 24-25 season.

At this point it would be hard to see them included, given there’s been no real progress in Russia being reintroduced in sports (and also no meaningful progress towards an end of the war).

    • Surprisingly the BBC gave this a breaking news notification from their Sport app. Unusual for someone who has been semi retired for a couple of years now.

    • sprinter Adam Gemili.  Never quite got the big Global medals as an individual runner, but always a key member of the 4x100m squad.  Had PBs of sub-10 for 100m and sub-20 for the 200m, which is very elite form indeed.     Adam Gemili: Former European champion sprinter retires - BBC Sport
    • A great loss for the Polish national team. Komenda is perhaps the weakest link in this currently superb team.
