Yeah, I tried looking for some at NOC pages, but with no results (except the Bjoerndalen explanation).

 

No idea how @Griff88 found all those flag bearers before Rio.

GB athletes vote for the flagbearer about a day or two before the ceremony! 

Plus we can surely guess a few like Ghana, Timor-Leste, Morocco?

Its pretty obvious for the one athlete teams... except Azerbaijan. For the last 3 Winter Olympics it has been officials.

It's allowed, already at Vancouver, London and Rio Games few countries had two flag bearers. Not mentioned Korea in Sydney, Athens and Torino
