The ice has been absolutely terrible across all events this Olympics, it's actually embarrassing. It's why there were so many falls in figure skating, and why hockey has been pretty low quality. It's very, very low quality. You'd expect more at the Olympics.

It’s a part of why there are so many upsets in the Olympics compared to other events in both sports. Ice quality is often a challenge given they share a venue. But seems especially bad here.
