It might be easier if, at the conclusion of this year's awards, @vinipereira asks for volunteers to track possible nominations, and then splits them into small groups for each category, so that interested users only have to follow one, two or possibly three categories for the first round instead of making nominations in each one. All users would remain eligible to vote in the second round. -
I will try to vote in next round, it is always so hard to find nominees in all categories. -

The penalty for changing the license is 1-2 years depending on the federation and whether Russia agrees or not. In the case of Russia and Kazakhstan, these consents are very often given, so such a change is easier. -
Honnestly a little surprised at how few winter sports Russian athletes changed citizenship. -

This is more of a skier from the lower ranks but there is no sign of someone stronger changing flag. Personally I was counting on Italy bringing someone in because of Kramer's contacts - he worked in Russia for many years. Especially in the women's team, we would be useful for 1-2 strong skiers. -
