It probably didn't help that Chinese swimmers and their coaches were caught smuggling human growth hormone into Australia a few years ago

The Hungarian Antidoping Agency says that the ban is almost guaranteed. They doubt that Kun was hiding, she just made some very stupid administrative errors. Hopefully she won't be banned for two years and she will only miss Paris.

@dullardBartunkova was busted for trimetazidine so the same angina drug as Kamila Valieva. Let's see if she gets 4 year ban as well given she also doesn't have TUE exemption.

trimetazidine is also the medicine that should have led to DQ the whole Chinese swimming team before Tokyo

This is a disaster for Tunisia.

The IOC will surely ban them from the Games for "political interference" now.

Although they could still compete as independent athletes
