A few more listens and I am now absolutely hooked on Europapa  

 

Even my Eurovision hating colleague is wild about the song, since it's such an immense throwback to the 90's with all the gabber music and even one of the Gods of the 90's, Paul Elstak, featuring in it.

Norwegian brothers Marcus and Martinus Will represent Sweden. Even if the Song wroters are Swedish, I don't know if it is worse for Sweden to have norwegian representatives or for Norway that they rather participate for Sweden

My favorites this year are without doubt Italy , Ukraine , Croatia  and the dutch .

 

But this is the most truly armenian song i've ever remember seeing in Eurovision, it brings me so many good memories of what i think is the best land of the Caucasus , i hope they get in top 10 this year!

Seems to be a swelling of support for Switzerland’s entry by Nemo.  up to a clear second on ESC scoreboard and odds tightening all the time into 7/1 (roughly 3rd fav)

 

listening to it you can see why, vocally very challenging and I think could score very well with juries and hold their own with the public.

My favorties before the live shows are...  

 

I think some of those songs could be difficult to perform/stage, so my rankings could definetly change during the contest. Plus, there are a few songs I might like more if they are staged/performed well.

I don't think there's an entry that I considered 'bad' (apart from Germany, but even that is a stretch)

 

Greece, Malta, Cyprus, Austria, and Norway are my faves this year. Italy and Croatia also in my top 10.

I only know and  so far

 

I've heard a few others when playing the playlist, but no idea which country those were and they didn't really impress my anyway  (I assume France was one, because it was something like 'mon amour' this and 'mon amour' that )
