Can't decide if this is real yet :d Seems so effortless WOW.

Saw this posted on a Dutch forum a couple of days ago, especially the most enthousiastic ultrarunner around there was excited about it. Because of the reactions there (not at all full of disbelief), by pretty experienced trail/ultra/mountain runners, I have no doubt it's real

Apparently those trail and mountain runners running over terrain like this is indeed insane in terms of how effortless they make it look.

If you'd like to help our fellow Totallympics member Bruna Moura get to the 2026 Winter Olympics, after her car crash on the way to the 2022 Olympics, every tiny bit of help would be greatly appreciated! Full story and how to help can be found here!

@intoronto I just saw a news report from two days ago that said the hoop dancer from the 2015 Pan Am Games Opening Ceremony died. Is that true?

Anyone is travelling somewhere? :d

Fingers crossed for everything going well, but thanks to a new set of rules introduced last week - specifically about people in a long-distance relationship with someone from outside the EU - a certain Brazilian Totallympian might be arriving here Tuesday morning next week (!) instead of somewhere at Christmas or even later :yikes:

The ticket is booked, we're now working on the letter that declares we do indeed have a relationship longer than three months (which we have to sign and brings serious legal trouble if they found out you're lying, which we obviously are not), which she'll have to show when entering the country.

Again, fingers crossed. Five days ago the question was if we'd even see each other this year or only next year, now she has a ticket to arrive in less than a week :d Let us wait and hope :d

    • Another two WR’s so far in Singapore, and Marchand’s is arguably the most impressive ones of the entire Series (alongside Douglass’s recent one probably)   Leon Marchand smoked Ryan Lochte’s WR (1:49.63) in the men’s 200m individual medley, becoming the first man to swim under 1:49 at 1:48.88.  Noe Ponti went 21.50 in the men’s 50m butterfly, undercutting his previous WR mark of 21.67 from Shanghai.
    • Apparently, there’s been discussion on a trade involving  Kiera Van Ryk and  Paola Egonu, that would send Egonu back to Vakifbank and Van Ryk to Milano    Personally I hope nothing goes through for my sake at least… Turkish League matches are free on YouTube while the Italian League is PPV on VBTV. My beach pass doesn’t cover it, and I’d rather eat shit then give them any more of my money
