The Swiss Tribunal can only rule on whether the case was decided within the rules of Swiss law.

They can't decide on the evidence.

So I guess they didn't like that the interpreters from Chinese to English were fairly useless

Yeah, I get the feeling that this is more of a procedural issue, than an actual overturn of the verdict based on the evidence of the case. This is the system working though, since all athletes deserve a fair trial.
