What a disaster...dumb Sun Yang, should have simply run away like a lot of his smarter colleagues.

To be noticed: CAS stated the results achieved by the Athlete in the period prior to the CAS award being issued should not be disqualified.

Although the title is wrong. CAS can't ban anyone, they just upheld WADA's decision. :p

I had no doubt even only after our friend's post, but still, CAS yesterday stated that they would publish the official decision on their website at 10 a.m. and they didn't...:p

And go into his panic room, Serena-style :p

If you'd like to help our fellow Totallympics member Bruna Moura get to the 2026 Winter Olympics, after her car crash on the way to the 2022 Olympics, every tiny bit of help would be greatly appreciated! Full story and how to help can be found here!

Actually they did. But not on the first page, you need to click "see all latest news" and then you will see.

How is that possible? I didnt read the article but this case would be precedent since there is no chance that he wasnt using PS while winning medals.

"Considering 1) that FINA refrained from seeking the imposition of a provisional suspension on the Athlete when charging him with an anti-doping rule violation, 2) that doping tests performed on the Athlete shortly before and after the aborted doping control in September 2018 were negative, and 3) that in the absence of any evidence that the Athlete may have engaged in doping activity since 4 September 2018, including on the occasion of the FINA World Championships in Gwangju, South Korea in July 2019, the results achieved by the Athlete in the period prior to the CAS award being issued should not be disqualified."
