I thought that men's foil is one of the more predictable events. I guess I was wrong. No Europeans in the Top4,  in the final out of nowhere.

Btw, this is terrible news for      in men's foil.

 

Suddenly China is contender for the Top4 in the Olympic ranking, currently we only have 2 European teams qualifying in men's foil.

Kinda sad that we didn't get a  v  final, would have been one for the ages. Men's foil turning into a table tennis event.

Paris 2024 qualification wise, it's probaly better for us to lose against Italy in the 4-5th playoff...
