As long as i am concerned, he doesnt exist anymore.

Doncic can play and he cant.

Shameful really.

It is his revenge cause no one wanted to play with him when he was little and fat ?

but seriously obviously big hit for Serbia, nevertheless it his decision and it is better to play without players who are not 100% committed

Well, with him Serbia was medal contender. Without him, not so sure. He was team engine, Serbia with Jokic is Lambo, without him its more like FIAT Punto.

You could be right in that sense.

He is mentally outside national team, it would be hard to make a cohesive team around him in such short period.

Its not a first time NBA stars avoid playing for NT. Pedja Stojakovic for e.g.

I am furious because NT should be priority, OG specially. I can understand skipping ECh, even WCh, but OG...

Gasol, Nowitzky, Parker, they usually played for NT even after harsh seasons.

Well the Bucks just won so there goes any chance of having Giannis or Thanasis at the OQT. We are a mess, all of our good forwards will be missing except Mitoglou. Papanikolaou and Papapetrou both injured, and now it looks like Printezis is injured too.

Such a disgrace that a big basketball nation like Greece hasn't qualified since 2008. 2012 was the biggest joke ever, we had a good roster and totally choked (even though Spanoulis got fouled on that 3 at the buzzer which wasn't called). 2016 we were plagued with injuries and now 2020 is like 2016 all over again...

Our national teams in basketball and water polo especially just love to underachieve
