Women's 100m seems like the least likely of this list.

World Athletics reaches a strong position on protecting women’s athletics.

Situation is complicated, but it seems to be fully effective, National Federations must also implement the WA rules, which :GBR does. Expect all sorts of kerfuffles, ructions, stramashes & stooshies when it is the :USA‘s turn.

In USA it's the usual problem with NCAA which technically is amateur and they don't have to recognize professional sports' regulations?

Yeah, but really World Athletics is very much looser than FIFA so it is the same issue in every country, because WA has nothing to do with FISU, Commonwealth Games, Asian Games etc etc..

I hope WA forces them to adopt the new regulations in order for meets to be sanctioned and count towards worlds qualification.

Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce runs in her son’s School Sports day.  She makes no concessions to the opposition.
