USA a first-ever loss to Guatemala in World Cup qualifying :yikes: it's a bad results and now they need to win the match at home (next week at Columbus stadium)

Mexico:clap:  is close to reach next round, if win.

Panama missed chance :( (a draw with Haiti) and,as expected, will be a fight with Jamaica for the 2nd spot.

Final matchday for ASIA Round 2 with 5 nations already qualified   :QAT  :KOR  :THA:KSA:JPN (the Saudis and Japanese both are secure at least a place among the four best runners-up), remain 7 spots for the 3rd round.

The top teams in each of the eight groups will progress, alongside the four best second-placed teams.

I predict Syria, UAE, Iraq and North Korea will advance to next round as 2nd placed teams. I don't see Jordan not losing in Australia and I think China won't beat Qatar (I'm assuming Qatar will play with their best team...). Iraq will beat Vietnam and I think North Korea may drop points in Philippines, but will still advance.

Easy for :AUS  5-1 ;)

Jordan finish 2nd but now the goal difference is +2 , with 10 pts (points against teams ranked first to fourth in the group) is very difficult stay in TOP 4 of best runner-up.

Syria with 12pts is qualified as one of best RU (HT losing 1-0 with Japan)

    • I hope they can kick teqball and convince the North Koreans to play the real deal  (very unlikely, I know(   Obstacle racing on the other hand, it should be a compulsory sport of the ABG

    • Oops. I must have misunderstood. I could have sworn I saw her jogging in a field of other men. I assumed she had caught up to some of the slower men. (I admittedly wasn't watching closely.)
    • The women started earlier, it was a race without any men participating.
    • Looking forward to this competition starting tomorrow! Will be nice to see some other countries participate. USA women start with Namibia tomorrow.
    • This came out on the official website yesterday. Updated list of events and competition schedules in Japanese.   Padel and Teqball are on the schedules. Looks like two events for Padel and five for Teqball.   https://www.aichi-nagoya2026.org/files/common/260427競技スケジュール/01_日本語/01_アジア/第20回アジア競技大会競技プログラム.pdf   https://www.aichi-nagoya2026.org/files/common/260427競技スケジュール/01_日本語/01_アジア/第20回アジア競技大会デイリースケジュール.pdf   https://www.aichi-nagoya2026.org/files/common/260427競技スケジュール/01_日本語/01_アジア/第20回アジア競技大会セッションスケジュール.pdf   On the sports programme PDF, Padel is #25 and Teqball is #38.
    • looks like the agreement is the international federations are in fact hosting the event, not the AG organizers, so everything is up to them to make it happen.   Teqball is now confirmed to have 5 events (singles and doubles) does it mean easy 5 gold medals for Thailand ?   Padel is not 100% confirmed yet. I assume there are still talks ongoing between the IF and the Japanese organizers.
    • I feel like this year's Eurovision is more wide open than ever 😂   There isn't a clear favorite, and that makes everything more exciting. Finland is looking strong, sure, but Ukraine always knows how to surprise people and connect with them. I was checking out the odds a bit, and I was struck by how quickly they're rising.   By the way, I found a site that compares the odds pretty clearly: https://casasdeapuestaseurovision.com/   It’s nothing special, but it gives you an idea of how things are shaping up before the semifinals. Although we all know how this goes… at Eurovision, everything can change in a matter of minutes
