And that in one of the worst teams in the league. Elias Pettersson also made his first 100 points season. Right now two goalies top the goalie stats, Linus Ullmark and Filip Gustavsson. Boston dominated the Eastern Conference and the entire league, Vegas suprisingly were the best in the West (also thanks to the many ionjuries that frustrated the Colorado Avalanche through the season, even if they still managed to win the Central Division and earn the no.2 seed in the playoffs out West). here's the full final standings (by Conference) https://www.nhl.com/standings/2022/conference and this is the playoffs 1st round schedule https://www.nhl.com/news/nhl-playoffs-round-1-schedule/c-280159064 not many very exciting matchups to be honest... NY Rangers vs NJ Devils and Toronto vs Tampa in the Eastern Conference and L.A. vs Edmonton out West are the closest series on paper. an upset could also come from the Dallas vs Minnesota pairing, maybe. all the other series have a clear favourite in my opinion. Anything can happen, you never know. Hopefully we'll see a few upsets in the first round. Everyone thought the 2018-19 Lightning were a clear favourite in the 1st round before they got swept by the Blue Jackets.
