MQS is Minimum Qualifying Scores. This means the athlete is basically here only for achieving the MQS, without this you can not compete at the Olympics. The MQS can be achieved only at the qualifications of the World Cups, WCh, and Continental Championships.

Nice to see saurabh back in form at the shooting national trials,  he broke his own finals world record of 248.3 by scoring 248.8in the 10m pistol finals.........     He is in sublime form this year 2 golds and a bronze.......  Hope he can maintain this form into Tokyo
