England actually missed some tournaments over the years, they downright sucked at others and they only drew 1-1 vs Switzerland in the home 1996 opener.

I know they missed a few. The glorious times of top 4 / top 8 finals, where only the best and most deserved qualified and not half of the continent.. Still it was an interesting fact. :d

And that's Kane in trouble. Not the kind of trouble of yesterday of course, but doesn't look fine. At least he's back up, hopefully they checked for a concussion very well.

If you'd like to help our fellow Totallympics member Bruna Moura get to the 2026 Winter Olympics, after her car crash on the way to the 2022 Olympics, every tiny bit of help would be greatly appreciated! Full story and how to help can be found here!

So far this tournament is really predictable (with one very unfortunate exception), the top teams aren't making any early mistakes. Maybe the Dutch will be the first ones to lose points, we are due for an upset.

Dude, can't we just say North Macedonia beating Austria would qualify as enough of an upset? :hairpull:

But does that even count as an EURO2020 match? :p I am joking and both teams have earned their place here, but :AUT v :MKD might be the least interesting matchup in the history of this tournament.
