Thoughts if any other nation could spring a miracle? Like someone from the East, or perhaps Belgium?

Kaukenas. And Belgium, of course.

Well, Kaukėnas only has one chance. World Championships, Individual race, 0+0+0+0. He seems to have interest in peaking for WCH and Olympics only.

Hard times for Terezia Poliaková after her yesterdays collapse in the 3rd leg of womens relay. after the race many hate messages started to come to her address. :( Peoples just can´t understand we are a small country and we do not have anyone currently able to replace her and produce any better performance, she certainly did everything she could, but unfortunately the level is very poor, yesterday 20 other girls were for example worse than she was, but they just were not in front of TV as she was.

Poor girl is now completely destroyed. :(

her todays instagram statement :(

We had the same after Nowakowska flunked the last leg of the Olympic relay and was swamped with online hate. It's funny because she was the team leader that only returned after her pregnancy for us to have a shot at Top 8 and the government funding for the next 4-year cycle. She later admitted she should have never read the social media comments that accused her of going on a trip on taxpayers money (and that was a mild comment). I hope Poliakova recovers from this nonsense!

Ha! Yesterday I noticed Johannes Dale wasn't in the IBU Cup in Obertilliach, so after his sensational IBU Cup debut last week I had a faint hope they might already (incredibly early!) put him in the World Cup, which would explain his absence in Obertilliach....

And there he is :d

Dale is going to be a big one.
