And the rest of the cases from Sochi should follow the same pattern over the next month.

Hearings on a Monday, decisions later in the week (probably Thursday or Friday)

Cross country skiers Alexander Legkov and Evgeniy Belov have become the first two athletes to be retrospectively disqualified from the Sochi 2014 Winter Olympic Games for doping.

The decision was announced by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) Disciplinary Commission today after hearings which took place on Monday (October 30)

Legkov has been stripped of his 50 kilometres gold medal.

He and his Russian team-mates have also been stripped of their men's 4x10km relay gold medal.

Team-mate Belov is also disqualified after a best finish of 18th in the men's skiathlon event.

Apparently peruvian footballer Paolo Guerrero tested positive in the qualifier game vs Argentina.

If true this is very bad for Peru, it's their best player.
