Realistic remaining gold medal chances for Argentina...

2 in swimming (800 & 1500 Free W)

3/4 in pelota

2 in rowing (LW single sculls women & Double sculls men). Could be more if, as konig suggested, some of our rowers didn't take the heats seriously.

2 in hockey

2 in football (both teams in final)

1 in Judo (48kg)

2 in sailing (RSX men & Lightning)

Except for the women's football all these chances are above 50%. Will this be enough to beat Colombia? We'll see.

What? Really? I thought they used spare courts or anything.

Shame, really, because the sport is quite nice to watch but the level is very uneven. Usually Brazil and Argentina have good skaters and everybody else try hard not to fail. I wish FISU were the governing body of the sport, though, the same way that IIHF organized inline hockey championships.

I think you mean the ISU (International Skating Union) and not the FISU (Federation International Sport De University), who among other things organize the universiades :p. I would be ok losing Artistic Skating (even though I quite enjoyed it), but Speed Skating is a high level sport amongst the Pan American nations, so it should most certainly be kept on the program.

Where are the top stars? Only a 5th place for Jamaica in the 100m dash, none of the racers within 10.00 which is common in the Carribians. In Tennis, I also can't see neither Isner, or the Williamses, or I could list more stars. NBA is hyped, but they are not the best even in the Americas. Also in swimming, there is little overlap between the World Championship and the Panamerican games. And so on.

Any streams of rowing?

Nope. That’s an unbroadcasted sport.
