I wonder if declines a quota like they did in 2018 (which meant they didn't start in team event).

By now there are only 9 teams qualified: .

 

So with three quotas should get fourt one, but what than?   has only three eligible athlets and no other NOC has three quotas, several with two, but if they really want 12 teams, there are no quotas left to do this.

Yes, but it's uncertain whether that exception will be made for to bring the total to 12. With suddenly able to field a team that only raised the number to 10 but can always field someone from nordic combined and we have 11.

I don’t think countries are allowed to field anyone from Nordic Combined for the team event. At least, based off this line from the qualification document: “Participation in the Men’s Team and Mixed Team events are only available to athletes who have qualified to participate in the individual Ski Jumping events in the OIympic Winter Games Beijing 2022.”

If Finland  will decline the 5th quota the Romania  will have 2 spots.
