I wonder if  will play it given they were chosen as host of one. Probably not, they have been happy to host hockey tournaments in which they don't participate recently.

That's a tough top 3 to beat.

Pool B is stronger but the top 3 seeds are likely to qualify. 

 

Pool A is very open for that 3rd place.
