THANKS Both - Like 2023, the winner of World Champ gets direct quota but that will probably be subject to reallocation to the highest finishing NOC who doesn't qualify an athlete through the ranking. In the 2023 version, there was only a reallocation of the '23 WC quotas if there was a continent that hadn't qualified through the OQS or after reallocation of '22 World Champs quotas.
