I don’t really know about on-demand availability yet, but it’s been confirmed the 24/7 livestream will be back on the Olympic Channel. I think they also intend to have some individual feeds of different events during the Games. I’ve also read that a few IFs may broadcast early rounds of their competitions online, but that’s about the extent of my knowledge at this point.

I’m surprised they didn’t cancel the women’s 4x100m with only three teams contesting the event. Most of these multi-sport games have a rule that a minimum number of countries need to contest an event for it to be held. My guess would be there was originally enough entries, but that there must have been a few last minute scratches…
